Well I don't often depict only landscapes in my manips, I always feel like depicting sceneries with characters. But this time this landscape has imposed itself to me , and as I was doing the manip I felt like adding a character to it wouldn't be interesting at all nor even necessary. I have tried to give an effect of serenity and quietness to that piece, a feeling of melancholy maybe.

As usual, and as all my artworks, it is related to my inner feelings, so it's true : it is loneliness but in a very serene way, not a depressive, tortured way. Like a kind of relief.
In any case I hope you will like it.
The title is Dimmu Borgir related of course.
